We are looking for a new team member for the Turkish subsidiary of our German client, era-contact, to be in charge of all quality issues with a hands-on approach.

era-contact Turkey is focused on the production of tailor made harness systems, electric cubicles and electrical connection systems for several industries, such as the production of commercial, heavy duty, agricultural and railway vehicles. Together with its subsidiaries worldwide, era-contact employs more than 800 people.

Your profile:

  • Engineering degree in electrics, electronics, mechatronics or a similar field
  • Production experience in harness systems
  • At least three years of experience in quality control and management
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS quality management systems
  • Statistical knowledge, ability to read and interpret data, technical drawings and specifications
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, preferably also German
  • Conversant with MS-Office applications
  • Team leading experience would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality to work actively in the production hall
  • Open minded, ambitious to learn and interact at an international level

Job Description:

  • Reach the quality targets through planning, supervision and control of quality measures, take the remedial actions
  • Adjust, improve and ensure the compliance of all processes with the quality policy targets
  • Inform the management on the effectiveness of the quality assurance
  • Implement the continuous improvement process and report to the management
  • Perform the statistical evaluation of the quality management system results
  • Gather customer complaints and transfer information, reconcile with customers
  • Review the quality performance of the suppliers
  • Support the project management team for advanced quality planning up to delivering the prototypes and/or first samples

Our client, Kline & Company is seeking a highly motivated individual for a business development role based in Dubai, UAE.

The main objective of this role is to identify and develop new accounts and maintain and grow existing accounts for Kline in the Middle East. This is a dual role working with both our custom consulting and our multi-client reports practices. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to successfully sell consulting services in the chemicals space and sell our multi-client reports to the petroleum/energy and specialty chemicals accounts in this region.

Job Description:

  • Prospects, targets and develops new accounts for Kline’s high-end multi-client business as well as growing and expanding current key accounts. Timely follow-up to all incoming leads and qualifying each prospect accurately
  • Actively creates consulting leads, prospects potential clients, pursues leads, reinforces current client relationships and identifies selling opportunities in the Middle East
  • Develops and leads all pitches, capabilities presentations, strategic and tactical ideas, and assists with writing proposals
  • Achieves individual sales targets and forecasts individual sales
  • Leads client meetings, both in-person and online and delivers presentations as needed
  • Builds long-term client relationships
  • Works together with the senior management from Kline’s consulting chemicals and materials practice to reach overall global sales targets
  • Assists with setting up client meetings for other senior managers in the Middle East
  • Recommends, prepares and sells additional product/service lines
  • Maintains up to date records in CRM


  • BS or BA is required; Advanced Education in a relevant field is a plus
  • Ideally, a minimum of 5 years in business development for a consulting company or in the chemicals or energy sectors
  • Experience selling to the downstream petroleum or specialty chemicals, is a plus
  • Preferably proven success selling consulting projects, research reports, and services
  • Strong track record of independently managing the business development/sales process, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, organized over-achiever
  • Experience in consultative selling
  • Outstanding and effective prospecting skills
  • Flexible to travel abroad (Travel is required up to 25%)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in MS Office, experience with web-ex and
  • Knowledge of Arab language is an advantage
